American Sunday: Part II

American Sunday 12

This is another photo from the church journal shoot my husband has been working on.  I first referred to this on a post in February.  As you might have surmised, this shot was taken Easter Sunday.

Nice compostition. I think I'd like one of those bunny masks! =)

You know I love his photography but the first look was fun and happy, the second, sinister when I saw the shadow on the wall. Amazing. I could put a soundtrack proving the point that it's beautiful and scary in both instances. Lovely stuff. Shameless promotion . .you go girl! I wish I had his 'eye'

Brian: Thanks! My husband prefers b&w too.

Tanna: Me too!

DJan: sounds like you may have picked up on Baino's take?

Teresa: thank you so much for visiting and for commenting.

Baino: I agree. I had a similar thought although I know the kid wearing them and she's somewhat spoiled so I would think it a bit sinister. hahahaha!

I agree with the feelings evoked here. That shadow is ominous, but her foot in flip-flop resting on the back of the pew keeps it lighthearted. Very nice compostition.
