Beautiful photos, so pretty. The last one is almost surreal, like a painting. Thanks for sharing!

So Lovely...being from CT I've enjoyed the green mountains as well, but things seem much more lush and open out in the West.

I agree with JGH. Your photos are salable. They are so deep I get lost in them.

Stunning photography - Is this where you live? May I come live with you?

Wow, those are great pictures. Two of them you can barely see what's up and down with the mirror effect of the water.

Thank all of you for the nice comments. I am here to unabashedly hawk my husband's work. He has now posted all professional salable work on his beautiful new web site:

colescottphotos.com

I have put his new logo hot link on both my blogs.

It is heartening to him to read your comments because he loves his work and it really saved his life during his disability.

So thank you thank you thank you.

And, yes, this is all in and around the Mt. Washington Valley.

Thank you for stopping by.

The river Housatonic is pronounced Who sa tonic.

back again to tell you you've been tagged.

Candie said...

wow,really nice pictures posted here.Sorry I didn't come earlier.

California Girl said...

Jaime: I'm just now finding out about the "tag".

DB: I normally would pronounce it the correct way but when you live in a region that pronounces Peabody as "pee-bid-dee" it's always a guess.

Candie: Pls come back any time!

Finally getting computer fixed and I am sick.

Those are some great pictures and the pond picture is amazing and good enough to put over a fireplace. Thank you for sharing them with us.

I do not know how I get to be first so many times. It usually comes up on California time 9pm, and so if I am home on Saturday night, which normally I am, than that is when I am just getting on my computer and it just pops up in my feed and then I go there to sign in. Lots of times I am just somewhere in the middle of the group. But I think you would have to stay up real late to be first. It did not pop up until 1am PST time this week, but since I am sick I was still up. I usually am up now due to the shoulder pain. But after the surgery I might be able to go to sleep early again. Then I may not be first again. Okay that was a stupid statement. Like I ever went to bed before 9pm on a Saturday. Well maybe a few times, but not many. I am a night person, it is in my blood.

God bless.

Hi Mrsupole: I hope your shoulder surgery goes well and I'm so sorry you have to go through it but it will be worth it in the long run. My husband had rotator cuff surgery two yrs ago and he's been in much better shape ever since; plays tennis again, etc. Women handle it better than men. Men are wusses. I get the 9pm thingie. Some day, I'll be back on CA time, retired I'm thinkin'. Up in Lompoc where Dad's place is.
