While I'm waiting for my husband to upload more US Open photos to Flickr so I can upload to this site, I'm borrowing from a blog I enjoy, Ad Broad, to draw attention to a new Twitter site called Shit My Dad Says. Ad Broad wrote about it because the author already has an agent and book deal and he started the site on Aug 3rd! I'm writing about it because it is so frickin' funny.
Reminds me of alot of guys, including my father sans the swearing. My girlfriend's dad, a former Mass State Trooper who died earlier this year, talked just like this, obscenities and all. The comments are so unfiiltered, they remind me of the George W bit Frank Caliendo did when Bush was President. He'd say something unbelievable and then realize he'd said it using "outside words".
Twitter guy's father has no filter either. Everything he says is out loud using "inside words."

Okay, CG, that is f'n hilarious. Pardon my language. LOL! I can just SEE this guy! Thanks for the good laugh today!
My filter depends on who I am talking to. My Mother, Big filter!
My Brother, what's a filter? LOL!
I need this kind of humor on a regular basis. It's so real, so basic, so...Archie Bunker. It ain't PC, that's for sure!
Excellent, he's very good, I haven't seen him before. I wonder what he'll find funny about Obama? Glad you're having a great time! Nice to get away from this crazy economic stuff and have a bit of excitement. Give a wave to Lleyton Hewitt for me!
ha. that is crazy awesome. lol. thanks for the chuckles. i know a few unfiltered people...
He is excellent. I will watch for him on Comedy Central on Friday nights when they do stand up. Funny!
Hilarious! I know quite a few unfiltered people. Glad that you had a good time at The Open!
funny ALL around....remember that squinting routine, and it's just as funny second time round!
I hate when I forget to use the filter and catch myself using the f word around someone like, say my mother! which I caught myself doing during my last visit home. whoops!
Unfiltered people... reminds me of Ready-Fire-Aim. Great post. -Jayne
