definitely the second one...but the first has me wondering at what was so important they had to talk during the picture...lol...is that man with the bow and arrow a statue?

Brian, the first shot is SCOTUS in 2010. I could not find a more recent one. Hard to believe Elena Kagan has been on the Court since then.
