Whatever it is, my daughter and I will call each other, "Have you gotten 'the smell' yet?" The smell of fall... exciting and poignant. I think she will get it way before me this year. =) Happy Fall, CG!Tannahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05484104973009411729noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8346506349285197389.post-66214143034930575312009-09-14T04:09:55.326-04:002009-09-14T04:09:55.326-04:00Hi! Now they're slowly getting ripe, but without much taste because of less sunshine. It's always warm somewhere in the country even in the depths of winter. The only thing in short supply are berries, it's only cold enough to grow them in the south eastern states so we don't have many and they're very expensive. Oh, and Mangoes, their season is short too . . .December to Feb. Lovely bright paintings though. I saw strawberries for $7 a tray, not a punnet but a tray of about 40 punnets . . perhaps I should make jam!Bainohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14156193098088048637noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8346506349285197389.post-72753921400220281532009-09-13T15:46:38.775-04:002009-09-13T15:46:38.775-04:00A wonderful time of year.A wonderful time of year.Jasminehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07101808317736275755noreply@blogger.com
